The Power of Thought

We really don't think about the power of our thoughts because we are to busy with our daily life with must do's. Actually when you think about it, our brains truly are amazing with all the activities going on being processed without us having to think about it at all.
What I especially appreciated about the article is the way it helps to make you more aware of getting out of that rut we so often find ourselves in but don't know why.
