Releasing Fear
Hard to believe Saturday is here again. How time flies so quickly and as one says, are you having fun yet?
Today's article is releasing fear. Each of us at some point throughout the day can be affected by something you are afraid of. As you will see in the article anything can trigger this and depending on how we handle and approach it will determine whether or not it conquers us or we conquer it. It seems always what affects us most is Not Knowing. If we knew before fear struck what to expect we most likely wouldn't be experiencing it because we would already have the answer but as you will read, sometimes fear helps us to learn even though at the time it might not be what we desire.
