Kick Butt

Happy St. Patricks Day. Hope you are enjoying this well know day of celebration and do have an extra helping of cornbeef and cabbage it's delicious.

Well the title may be a little surprising but trust me when you read this article, I do believe you will feel really good. I certainly did and as always must put what I see and read into practice. I think it is so easy to make excuses. I am challenged daily just like anyone else but I try to look at what I am being told so if there is something I didn't especially appreciate, I won't make that mistake again.

Here is today's goodies, Is It Time To Get Off Your Buts??? What, Debbie Friedman, M.S., C.Ht. shares is so right on you will be pleased you read her article. One of the individuals she didn't mention and I was quite surprise was Thomas A. Edison. I believe it took him something in the neigborhood of 1000 tries before he got it right. Look what we have today because of his being persistant.

So here is the article site: http://www.selfgrowth.com/articles/Is_It_Time_To_Get_Off_Your_Buts_28946.html I really do believe this will hit a home run.

If I may once again indulge you with what I was sharing in yesterday's message regarding Bio-Feedback. What I have observed just for my self alone is how it truly seems to be helping me cope with stress. Like so many who read these messages, we all have something in our lives that we can share that is our daily challenge that only we as individuals must face. The other person really doesn't know what you may or may not be going through and as our Native American friends always say, one needs to walk in that persons shoes to actually see what is going on in their lives. I am not quoting exactly but you get the idea and it really is true. Until we actually experience the other persons life even just a little it is so easy for us to say what's your problem. That isn't what that person needs or wants to hear.

So once again I would ask if you have time go to http://www.citibulletin.com/Biofeedback.html, read the information on the site, it isn't very long, click on the Mind -Body Matters, learn how valuable Bio Feedback really is to our life as well as our health, then come back and click on one of the banners that will take you to The Journey to Wild Divine. Watch the demonstration. There is a section where you are required to move the colored balls and this is not as easy as you think it will be because remember unlike conventional video games, you either have your keyboard you push buttons with or if it is a Sony Play Station, you have your hand controller you push buttons with, not so with The Journey to Wild Divine. You have a sensing controller that attaches to three of your fingers that is going to pick up your ability to complete the challenge presented. If it is moving the balls around in the air, you will be instructed what you must do to accomplish this. The excitment comes when you can. There is one section where you are requested to raise a single ball up into the air, and trust me, when you first make your attempt you swear the ball is glued to the ground but as you release, breath and change your thought process you watch the ball start to rise. I giggled when I started accomplishing the various tasks, which as you will discover, laughing is a key ingredient to assisting you with making what you are try to accomplish work.

So again visit http://www.citibulletin.com/Biofeedback.html and do yourself a favor, go take a look at the program.

There is one more area that I would also direct your attention to and this too goes hand in hand with what I hope to be expressing is more beneficial than having to take pills for depression, or whatever the reason is, Please one thing, I am not telling you to stop taking important medication prescribed by your doctor, don't do that, but what I am saying, getting involved in this manner with Bio Feedback can certainly help your body to function more efficiently. So here is yet another site very important to take a look at http://www.centerpointe.com/ I am taking the courses and am involved in the programs offered and it is Bill Harris who highly recommended The Journey to Wild Divine.

Hope you have a Great Day, great weekend, St. Patricks Day and most important thanks for taking a look and reading these messages.
