I Can Totally Relate
Hope you had a super weekend.
The article I have provided, I can relate to so much I will explain.
Success Takes more than Good Grades or Formal Education That is the title and as I indicated I truly can relate.
As we start our educational process as a small child in the school of higher learning we are that success comes from having good grades or formal education. I will not dispute that education isn't important but I will share that it isn't all schooling that determines how successful you will become. Knowledge comes in all forms and the emphasis is on education, obtaining a degree. The problem I have always had, I personally was never interested in obtaining the degree because I headed a different direction but, I have been punished for the lack of a better word in the world of success because I don't have that degree. Hey, not everyone is up to sitting in school and obtaining a degree but that certainly as you will read in the article doesn't make that person stupid.
I happen to have a degree better known as HK or Hard Knocks as I put it. I may not have the paper that shows a BA or BS but believe me I do have every capability and possibly even more to do just as well as someone who has that piece of paper with their BA or BS. So, please read the article and see if it doesn't speak to you whether you have made it through life successfully because of good grades or formal education or whether you have made it because you applied your God given talents.
