Internal Negative Dialogue
Wow!!! is that a mouthful. How to detect it and what to do in order to change the way we think.
These articles just keep getting better and better. They certainly have helped me understand that even when I think I am thinking correctly there could still be one little bit that escapes and puts things into a negative position with ones thoughts. You really don't realize how powerful your thoughts are. I bet like me you catch yourself saying something negative without really realizing it and guess what?, it's to late but it is already out there. From what I do understand with what is being shared in this newest article I have provided, if you catch yourself doing this there is a way to correct it and better yet keep from having it happen as often as it does.
I like to think I am thinking positively all the time and yet with World conditions constantly bombarding you, how easy is it not to think negatively. So it is good to have great information that is being provided by individuals who have a better understanding that can assist us in making a difference in our lives.
